The European Commission’s directive proposal for modernizing the value-added tax system in the EU (ViDA) was released in December, providing clear guidelines for implementing an invoice reporting system in Germany. This year’s E-Invoicing Summit will take place on June 12th and 13th, 2023 in Berlin and is now in its ninth year as the platform for all doers and thought leaders from the worlds of business, administration, science, and politics to come together around the topic of e-invoicing. Johannes von Mulert, founder and organizer of the E-Invoicing Summit, is now beginning to plan this year’s program and calls for active participation.
